Management Team

Our Foundation’s strength lies in the dynamic and resourceful professionals in the management structure who form a Think-tank for the programmatic areas that Foundation is focused on. These are individuals with proven capabilities and proficiency in diversified fields of endeavors and expertise that we currently promote as a Foundation.

Kingsley Obaro Akeni (Mr.)
He is currently the Executive Director of the Foundation. He brings on board his cognate experience and expertise in donor-funded projects and general development initiatives. He is a social researcher, trainer, policy and development consultant with broad knowledge and experience on community/participatory development and peace-building issues. He has facilitated several community development programmes in Nigeria collaborating with several donor agencies. These include UNDP, USAID, SLGP/DFID, McArthur Foundation etc. He has been a key player in the conduct of mid-term evaluation and project reviews including impact assessment and project evaluation for donor groups. He has also functioned as a Team Leader to carry out an independent documentation, assessment and review of the Nigerian Federal Government’s amnesty programme for ex-militants in the Niger Delta. He has worked with and provided technical assistance to several Nigerian state Governments on accessing the Nigerian Federal Government’s Conditional Grant Scheme, (CGS). The states include Delta, Kwara, Bayelsa, Anambra etc. The CGS fund was obtained by the Nigerian Government from the Paris Club as part of the debt relief gains by the President Obasanjo administration in 2005. He has been involved in public sector policy formulation and assessment of policy impact across various sectors. He has planned and implemented several Workshops, Conferences and Seminars on community development planning/service-delivery as well as peace and security, project monitoring & evaluation amongst others. His experience spans both private and public sectors in Nigeria. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree, (B.Sc) in Education, a Post Graduate Degree- Masters of Business Administration, (MBA) from Nigerian universities. He is quite resourceful with good communication, organizational, interdisciplinary and interpersonal skills.

Alexander Williams (Mr.)
Senior Information Technology (IT) Officer, He had his first degree from University of Accountancy and Management Studies, Nigeria. He is a dedicated and creative individual with dynamic experience in Information and Communication Technology his skills are: Networking, ASP.Net Programming, Java-Scripting, Upgrading and Repair of Computer, Word Processing, Graphics Manipulation, Website Designing and Management and Management Information System. He had worked with Gate Inc. Training and Consulting, Bamenda-Cameroon, as a Networking Officer (2010 -2011), Also La'Badec Ventures Lagos-Nigeria (2011-2012), as a Computer Engineer. He has high susceptibility towards receiving new ideas and innovations within and outside his area of specialization. He has the ability to work under intense pressure; he works with the notion of being useful to the organization, himself and mankind at large.

Sandra Ayaro (Ms.)
Account/Finance officer, She holds a Bachelor degree (B.Sc.) (Hons) in Accounting from Delta State University-Abraka Nigeria (2009). She has worked with Standard High School as the Administrative/Finance personnel in charge of admission processes, proper accounting procedures, cash book and bank reconciliation (2011). She has also worked with hospitality industry as the account officer concerning stock taking and inventory controls, voucher reconciliation. (2012). She is proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft packages. She is experienced with proper accounting standard, accounting principles, budgeting, managing grants/donors funds and reporting in their required accounting format.

Jephthah Bobi (Mr.)
General Secretary, He had his first degree from the University of Nigeria Nsuka where he studied Geology/Physics (1999). He is also working part time with Superior Drilling Nig. Ltd where he carries out soil test for roads and foundation designs. In 2011 he worked with Afstrag Nig Ltd as a Logistics Officer. In year 2007-2008 he worked with IBCNL Connect Nig. Ltd a telecommunication company as a phone analyst He previously worked with Julius Berger Nig. Lit (2005-2006) as a fore man in Pipe Line Division. He is hard working, team player and has excellent communication skills. He is competent in Microsoft Packages and Corel draw.
