Our Foundation was established primarily to carry out social community development work in the Niger Delta region. The seeming focus of our Foundation on the Niger Delta is based on our firm belief that despite the abundant opportunities that the region parade as a major contributor to the entire country, her enormous potentials have been left to idle away in form of youth restiveness and other social vices. One key response for us therefore is the training of young people, women and other vulnerable groups. This is in the acquisition of functional vocational skills, leadership development skills, as well as re-orientation activities to guarantee sustainable development devoid of violence in the region and Nigeria in general. The Foundation, has been working with communities, governments and other civil society institutions and groups particularly in the region to empower youths, vulnerable children and women. This effort is aimed at the promotion and expansion of opportunities for vulnerable groups to foster economic expressions and promote peaceful co-existence.

Generally, our current programs focus on 3 key thematic areas namely:

Community Development Interventions,

Governance & Democracy,

Human Security.

Its activities include community assessments and data analysis, organizational capacity assessments and capacity building, training workshops, mentoring and mediation, and socially inclusive collective action for positive change. The Foundation advances these thematic areas.

The Foundation is committed to actualizing globally-acceptable tenet of transparency and accountability as well as respect for human rights as enshrined in governance activities and structures across the delta. This is aimed at creating peace, security and sustainable development in the delta.

The mission of the Foundation is to promote respect for human security through good governance while working with a diversified network of stakeholders to engender sustainable peace and development. Our mission has invariably become a passion for which we derive and sustain our guided interventions.

The promotion of skill and enterprise development for self-reliance, promotion of peaceful co-existence and sustainable development in communities in Nigeria.

The promotion of community development interventions that are based on careful research findings and analysis.

The stimulation of citizens’ interest in public policy through advocacy aimed at deepening the discourse on good governance.
